一、Background:

since its establishment in 2003, the International Water Conservancy advanced technology (product) promotion conference has successfully held 15 sessions, more than 800 technology holders and more than 2,100 Advanced Water Conservancy Technologies (products) from more than 40 countries, regions and domestic have been presented, tens of thousands of people from relevant departments of the Ministry of Water Resources, River basin organizations, provinces, cities, counties (districts) water-related units, and representatives of domestic and foreign technology holders attended the meeting. The introduction meeting is the main channel for the centralized exchange of water conservancy technology between our country and international countries, the main window for tracking and understanding the development of Advanced Water Conservancy Technology at home and abroad, and the important carrier for the interpretation of our country's water science and technology policy and key work of Water Conservancy, it is also a key platform for promoting the introduction and popularization of water science and technology achievements, and plays an irreplaceable important role in promoting China's water modernization process, water Conservancy workers at home and abroad have always been widely concerned and attach great importance to. 2. The key technical fields are flood control, water supply, ecological restoration and information technology.

3. The technology (product) holder shall have the status of an independent legal person.
